Payment and cancellation

Booking and payment

The service is provided by Wonder Tours S.L., tax ID B86718806, Calle Santiago 18, 28013 Madrid, Spain. Bookings are confirmed upon authorised payment and the corresponding confirmation. Full payment is due before the activity starts unless otherwise agreed in writing. The platform shows the final price and inclusions before payment.

Applicable terms

Specific terms communicated during booking or confirmation take precedence, without affecting mandatory consumer rights. Cancellations must be sent in writing to info@wonder.tours with the booking reference.

General cancellation

Unless different specific terms have been communicated: more than seven days before the activity, no general penalty except non-recoverable costs; from seven days to more than 72 hours, 20%; from 72 to more than 48 hours, 40%; 48 hours or less, or a no-show, 100%. These periods are calculated from the start time of the first service in the booking.

Changes and safety

Changes depend on availability and committed costs. Arrive on time, wear your helmet, complete the training and follow your guide. Before booking, tell us about any circumstances that could affect safe participation and check the selected product age, weight and height requirements.

Disruptions and refunds

If the activity cannot be provided, alternatives and refunds will be assessed under the contract and applicable law. Approved refunds are made through the original payment method where possible. Support and complaints: info@wonder.tours.
